Who Can Join
Each credit union has a unique field of membership. You can become a member of HCCU and enjoy all the benefits if you meet one of the following qualifications:

- Any employee of a company in our Select Employee Group Program
- Employed by a company with less than 3,000 employees in Hawaii
- Retired from a company that participates in our SEG program or has less than 3,000 employees in Hawaii .
- Related*, by blood or marriage, to a member of Hawaii Central Credit Union.
- Related* by blood or marriage to someone who is eligible (not necessarily a member) to join Hawaii Central Credit Union.
* Family relationship is very broad. It includes cousins and in-laws. Relatives do not have live in the same household. It is much broader than the definition used by federal credit unions.
